Welcome Chef Billy

We're thrilled to welcome celebrated Scottish chef Billy Boyter to Rusacks St Andrews as our new Executive Chef. Billy brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, having previously worked at some of Scotland’s most prestigious restaurants.

He'll be working closely with local suppliers to source the freshest, highest quality ingredients for exciting seasonal menus at 18. We can't wait for you to experience Billy's food during your next visit.

Bookings

We take reservations for dinner on Monday - Saturday, 6pm - 9:30pm, and Sunday lunch from 12.30pm-3.30pm. Our outdoor terrace overlooking the Old Course and West Sands Beach is open for drinks with a mini putting green, weather permitting.

On Sundays, the a la carte menu will be available alongside our special Sunday Roast offering. Enjoy 2-courses for £35 or 3-courses for £40.

Afternoon Tea

No trip to Rusacks St Andrews is complete without a truly memorable afternoon tea at 18.

Accompanied by breathtaking views over the iconic Old Course, a selection of sweet and savoury treats will be served including a smoked chicken comsumme and pork and haggis sausage roll, followed by warm scones, a vanilla and matcha choux and coffee and chocolate gateaux opera.

Private Dining

Our private dining room is perfect for birthdays, parties and get-togethers. We still have limited availablility for Christmas so please get in touch.

One Under Bar

One of St Andrews' best kept secrets, the One Under Bar is only one minute from the golf course at the bottom of the grand old Rusacks St Andrews, down a couple of steps, through the door, and into another world.

You can get both lunch, dinner and snacks with the special pleasure of accompanying any meal with a fine ale or stout or beer, or if you prefer, a robust red or white, or a world class dram.

Live music every Thursday from 7pm. Open daily from 12pm-close.

Burns Night at 18

Join us for a Burn’s celebration at 18. To mark the occasion, we’ve added three delicious dishes to our menu between 22nd-27th January.

Sip on a wee dram and tuck into dishes including Cullen Skink, a rich smoked haddock, leek and potato soup, haggis with burnt butter neeps and tatties and velvety rhubarb cranachan served with salted butter shortbread.
