Sunday Lunch

On Sundays, the a la carte menu will be available alongside our special Sunday Roast offering. Highlights include Roast rump of scotch beef, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish creme fraiche, beef gravy, beef fat roasties & coal-roasted roots, and Warm apple & cinnamon crumble with Drambuie vanilla custard.

Bookings

We take reservations for dinner on Wednesday – Sunday 6pm-9:45pm, and Sunday lunch from 1pm-5:45pm. Our outdoor terrace overlooking the Old Course and West Sands Beach is open for drinks with a mini putting green, weather permitting.

BLENDWORKS EXPERIENCE

Join us for a 2-hour session where you will have the opportunity to blend your own gin, guided by an Eden Mill expert, using several specifically distilled 'body spirits' and 'hero botanicals'. Once you have created your gin, enjoy the first sip in a classic gin & tonic and a selection of canapes by Executive Chef Derek Johnstone, before bottling your blend to take home, alongside a bespoke Eden Mill glass. Classes are available every second Saturday of the month.

The Bridge is a friendly, authentic all-day restaurant. The dining room is sophisticated yet welcoming, casual yet polished, with views over the infamous St. Andrews’ landmark and historic golf course. A laid-back and family friendly place in which to have a reliably excellent meal.

One of St Andrews' best kept secrets, the One Under Bar is only one minute from the golf course at the bottom of the grand old Rusacks St Andrews, down a couple of steps, through the door, and into another world. You can get both lunch, dinner and snacks with the special pleasure of accompanying any meal with a fine ale or stout or beer, or if you prefer, a robust red or white, or a world class dram.

Derek Johnstone

Johnstone joins 18 at Rusacks St Andrews from Borthwick Castle, where he was twice runner up in National Chef of the Year and has been shortlisted for Scottish Chef of the Year at the 2021 CIS Excellence Awards. He has also won the inaugural BBC Masterchef: The Professionals in 2008, aged 24. Throughout Johnstone’s career, he has worked with some of the world’s most renowned chefs including Michel Roux Jr. and Albert Roux, and in Michelin-starred kitchens around Europe including Le Gavroche in London, De Karmeliet in Belgium, and DO near Milan.
